I have recently purchased a '97 f150 4x4 4.6. Its just an old work truck and it has some issues that I need to work out, but I like it. It runs pretty well and shifts good for an old truck, everything works. I 've only had it about two weeks but I put on a set of Goodyear wrangle Trailmark tires in the factory size, cut of the old factory muffler and replaced it with a thrush glass pack. It still has the original 4 cats and I think I will remove the two rear cat and just replace them with straight pipes for a little more exhaust volume.
Anyway I've enjoyed reading around this board. lots of good info here and I hope to be able to contribute some in the near future!
