New member from west Houston area
Bought my first truck in a very long time this past summer, drove GM muscle cars mainly the last 20 years or so. Ended up buying a magnetic gray 2018 XLT FX4 3.5L EcoBoost with low miles. Ford dealer I bought it from had a 6 inch RC lift, 305s on 20s for wheels/tires, and a Katzkin kit installed. Honestly, when I went looking for a truck, the Ford EcoBoost was not on my list ... until I drove a couple back to back with the other makes and a 5.0 (probably test drove a dozen different trucks). The 3.5L and 10 speed really handles the larger wheels/tires well. Hoping to get offroad a bit with this one and explore the outdoors with my teenage son. My daughter, who is in college now, enjoyed the sports cars with me, and my son really likes to be outdoors. Good time for a change, and I really like this truck!
