Just dropping a message to say Hi and introduce myself. My name Is Dave from South Texas and I have actually been getting awesome information from F150 forums for a while as I have owned a few F150s over the years (2010 F150 Black 5.4 S/Crew, 2016 2.7L Eco boost Blue Jeans Blue S/Crew, 2018 Magnetic STX 2.7L S/Crew) and now have my current truck a 2019 Magnetic F150 XLT 302a 5.0V8 S/Crew that I have been working on since I purchased it new, So far I have installed a 2.5in leveling kit, Brush Guard, Tool Box, Custom modified roll-away bed cover, tailgate dampener, and some 275/60R20 Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo3 tires (33") on the stock wheels. With the help of the forums I also used FORScan to update the tire size and turn signal flasher settings. Coming up soon I am working on doing the 36 gal fuel tank upgrade and maybe an exhaust/intake system. I have already been doing some research on the forums to get me started on these projects. Thanks to you guys for the info I have already used and look forward to getting more ideas from these forums in the future.

Welcome!! I see that you got the narrow UWS toolbox. Good move. I now wish I had done that instead of my trifold tonneau cover. UWS makes a good toolbox. With it being a high profiled box, does it block your view at all in the rear view mirror?

Thanks for the welcome guys!

Cihmagnum, I first had the bedcover (Pace Edwards Switchblade) but needed a toolbox. I looked around for a while and found the UWS narrow high profile toolbox. I initially didn't think I was going to like the high profile but, after installing it, it doesn't get in the way of your view (I can still see the tailgate from my rearview mirror). I love it now and was able to cut about a foot off of the rails of the bedcover to get it to work with the cover installed. I now have the best of both worlds, A covered bed and a toolbox that is usable. Also, I have about a foot and a half under the toolbox so that I still have an entire usable bed floor.
