Heat up stubborn nuts and bolts with a propane torch. They come apart easy after that.

Well I may sound like a retard but. .......when I was installing my lift I was taking the bolts off the lower a arm (passenger side) and I could not get that bolt out. Turns out I was going the wrong way. Hey it's worth a shot to go the other way. Other than drowning it in wd40 or some penetrating spray and letting it sit for a while. Then a torch it is.
