Hi everyone, the title says it all. Starting in 1970: 55 short bed, mid 60's unibody short bed, 72 F-250, 77 F-150 4x4 (21+yrs), 53 short bed( had an "honest to God" Mercury 428CJ engine and C-6 trans.) , 95 F-150 4x4 (14+yrs), and I now have a 07 F-150 STX 4x4 with the 4.6 V-8. I loved every one of those trucks and now I'm trying to love the 07 STX but this is a different animal than all of my previous Fords and I'm gonna need some of yall's help because I got questions. So yeah, I'm a dinosaur that could work on and maintain the other trucks. Without a doubt loved the 300 I-6 in the 95 F-150 and the 4.6 with all of the sensors ,relays, etc., is probably gonna present some challenges above my pay grade. Thanks and I'll check back for replies.

Welcome to the forum Dan. I am a fan of old 60's & 70's cars that were easy to repair. I had a 2000 Ranger before my first F150 which is a 2005 2WD Regular Cab so I get the sensors, relays, etc being confusing..

I like all of the older cars and trucks too. My fun cruise car is a 1968 Ford Fairlane formal roof coupe that I spent about four years rebuilding and modding.
