I'm the CEO of a small service business in Arizona and our "fleet" (Only 3 vehicles) is made up of 2 trucks and a small SUV. We've had several trucks over the years, almost always Fords - some 150's and somme 250's. I recently bought a 2004 F150 7700 which has dual tanks. It was owned by a city & sold at auction to the guy I bought it from. I want to pull the propane tank out and cap it off because I need to the bed space and don't need the backup fuel. Emmissions place in my city won't test the vehhicle unless I bring it back in full of propane OR bring it back in properly disconnected. So now its at my mechanic and he can't figure out how to disconnect it. Its the first one he's ever encountered and he doesn't want to screw it up so I'm trying to find advise on how to get that thing out of there. Any help????

Welcome.
I would look for answers / post your question in the ( 2004 - 2008 Ford F150 ) section of the site..
