Hi my name is David I’m from FL. I’ve owned mustangs to F350’s. Found this site as I bought a 2008 Foose F150 from an individual and 33 miles down the highway it threw a rod threw the oil pan. So I am looking to see if swapping the motor from a 5.4 3V Supercharged to a 4V is possible, and worth the time.

I didnt know if a 5.4 4V would be easily upgraded, otherwise just build the 5.4 3V.
