Just joined, currently have a 2018 XLT Super Crew, have a 2021 Lariat on order that started in production on 3/16. Since then it has disappeared into Never Never Land. Our dealer cannot get any info from ford and after three calls to Ford, two just referred me back to my dealer, the other let me know that my truck was sitting on a lot somewhere just out of Dearborn missing parts.
Not too happy here! I realize that there has been a chip shortage but making vehicles missing parts with no real plan on completing them coupled with no communication is not good.
Hoping I see my truck before the 2022's come out!

Welcome and wow. Hope your new truck gets completed soon. One can reason and come to terms with a lack of parts availability, but there is no excuse for the lack of communication. Sorry for your headache in that department. Good luck the rest of the way.
