Hello
I joined to glean information concerning the Ford F150 I own.
2002 F150 XLT.
Background:
August 6, 2007, i was involved in a head-on-collision, not my fault. A 27 year old male decided to see if the Toyota 4Runner he was driving could fly. The Toyota 4Runner do not hit head-on it landed on the Pontiac Montana van I was driving head-on. This crushed the firewall down on my legs. Both legs were broken. I did not drive for 2 years.
I learned to walk again but i still use a wheelchair on the bad days. When I decided to drive again I wanted something that the next accident would have to try harder to kill me. I purchased the Ford F150.
Trust me when I say there are things worst than death.
Current project is to replace the rear leaf spring shackle brackets and the rear leaf spring shackles. Removing the bed of the truck makes this task much easier. I have one bracket removed and now need to remove the bed. I am tired of laying on the ground.
