Hi guys. My name is Eric, I'm from western New York. I been working in auto parts for 14 yrs now. 10 in car and light truck, and 4 yrs in HD truck parts. I have a 2002 f-150 super crew. It has a remote start. And one day where they tapped into the door lock wires the connection got bad and something there cause my door locks to quit working. In addition to that the keypad and the factory remote also do not work at all not even panic button... Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

If you haven't already, start with the simple things first. See if the fuse is good. If that's fine check to see if there's power to the door locks with a ohm meter or test light.

If there's no power there, check the factory wire harness between the door and body of the truck for a possible frayed or broken wire.

Hope this helps you point you in a direction.
