Line-X already installed, Bakflip FiberMax and toolbox are on the way, front lisence plate frame removed, rubber mats installed in the cab.
For work we display at conventions, conferences, and trade shows all over the country. Because of the amount of equipment we carry, we drive to many of these this will be our primary trade show vehicle. We travel year round so 4 wheel drive is required for winter weather considerations. I also, fish, hunt and shoot competitively in my spare time. This F-150 replaces my 2009 4 door Jeep Rubicon. I loved my Jeep but it wouldn't carry enough stuff.
This makes the third Ford truck in the stable with the son driving a 4X4 2009 F-150 Lariet and a 2X4 F-350 Lariet to pull a 32 foot enclosed trailer for deliveries and movement of production materials. We are truck rich. All trucks have Line-X. 150 has a Bakflip, 350 has a cheap vinyl bed cover that folds. 350 has a gooseneck trailer hitch. Both of the other trucks are 4 door cabs too.
Planned mods include something to lay in the bed in case water gets under the cover to raise the equipment up off the bed (could be as simple as a piece of heavy duty cardboard or as nice as a bedrug, we use cardboard now), permanent installation of my Valentine One radar detector and a car holster for my Glock.
