Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have been skimming the site for years but now have an F150 in the family that I will need to maintain or upgrade. My youngest daughter (21 now) has always liked the 91 body style. I found an 87 Supercab split window with no engine and she loved it, so we got it. I then bought a doner 88 regular cab 4x4 for the engine and of course she also wanted the 4x4. I did the front end swap and put the 5.8l in place of the missing 5.0. We have moved since then and I am back to work on it. I feel like the easy part is done, mechanical stuff. I've been cleaning up the engine harness and looking for wire diagrams to make sure everything will be fine when I install the 88 Engine harness and PCM to the 87 body harness. It looks like there are a few wires that are different. Looking for guidance amongst the group. Hopefully one or more of you have done this and I can find your thread. I look forward to collaborating with you all.
