Default New here

Hey everyone,

I just joined the forum. Hope all here are doing well. I have a 2013 f150 5.0 62,000 miles. I am having a problem. My truck will crank but not start. I had this issue previously, warranty covered the fuse relocation kit. Apparently that was not the problem. Anyone know what my problem might be? I have checked battery and connectors, cleaned the throttle body, and traced my ground wires. (These are the fixes that I have seen on other forums.)

Have not checked fuel pressure. Spark is good. How would I check pulse?

Default Fuel pressure

Just sold a 2011 F150 5.0L. Just at 58k I had an issue towing my travel trailer. Going up a slight grade I opted to pass an 18 wheeler. I kicked it in gear and about the time I hit 4 grand on the tach it started crapping out. Slowed and tried again and same thing happened. After unloading the trailer I tried again and same issue. A trip to the dealer showed at lower rpms I had sufficient fuel pressure but as I got it spooled up the fuel pressure dropped by half. They replaced the fuel pump in the gas tank and back in the road with no issues. Might try looking there if your nit getting sufficient fuel to start.
Just my thoughts.

It seems more like an electrical issue. I have no trouble with power while driving the truck. I have towed heavy and light without issues. The truck either works properly or just doesn't start. I will have to check the fuel pump. The dealership checked the fuel pump when they installed the fuse rerouting kit. I will have to check it out though. Maybe they chose to do a cheap fix so that I would have to pay for the pump repair when the warranty ran out.
