Hi Im Bob
have had 2009 f150 lariat 5.4 3v triton supercrew for swveral year. Have done extensive repairs and maint to it over the years. Only repair that I had dealer do was replace DS exhuast header all other work ive done myself. Timing chain job in which I replaced chain, phasers, guides (which were shattered), meling oil pump, cam sensors,water pump, altenator, updated rocker arms, power steering pump and shaft. I followed fordtechmakaloco yt guide to do this and was very good guide. Also got red msd coils that within few years one by one went bad and went back to oem. I bought it with a BSD level kit and have tig welded a stainless 3" exhaust on it. Ive rambles too long thanks and look forward to the forum!
ps also have completley rebuilt front suspension. Ill add pics l8r
