Default New Guy from Norfolk

Hey folks. I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy a full size truck. I have been driving a 99 Ranger since 2001. It has been a great truck, but now has 155000 miles on it and needs a head gasket replaced. I did a leak down test on the cylinders and found one in each bank that were not holding pressure like they should Being it has 155000 miles I decided it would be best just to buy a crate engine. That means the truck being off the road for a month or so and that was the perfect excuse to go buy the full size truck I wanted all along

So, I found a decent 2005 F150 XLT 4x4 and it is now in my driveway. I thought about buying a new one, but I just am not willing to take on those payments. Now I have a broken down 99 Ranger, a 2005 F150 and my trusty 2007 Harley Davidson Street Bob.

I do not plan on moding the F150 too much, but I know how it goes once you get on one of these forums. "Oh, I have to do that", "Oh wow, that looks cool, I need to get that"

Edit: Wow, I almost forgot the picture, I know people love pictures! Here is a not so good one from the dealership:

Thanks. Forgot to mention it came with the Volant CAI and cat back system already installed. Honestly I would not have spent money on the CAI, but it came on the truck and I am certainly not going to take it off. It also came with Sat radio mount for a Sirus radio installed, I just converted it to fit my XM, and it has some IPOD adapter system installed as well that allows me to control my IPOD through the stock stereo. Not sure on the brand, shockingly it is called I something or other. No idea if it has been "tuned" or had a chip installed and honestly I have no idea how to tell. Feels like it has plenty of power to me, but I have been driving a 3.0 Ranger with 33 inch tires on it so just about anything would feel powerful to me at this point.
