New guy looking to learn
Well I can't say I have not been on a ford forum but it has been a long time. My first ford truck went to a better place you can say. I had a 1985 F250 with a 6.9, the injector pump went out and they wanted more for a used one than I paid for the truck. It never got good mpg for a diesel and it didn't have the guts I wanted, not to mention the body/suspension/steering have over 300k and were shot.
So now I am here 2 years later and I'm selling my suburban that I have replaced almost everything but the hood I meet a new friend that is into Ford trucks. I tag along and look at some and he was really looking for a 92-96.. when we checked out a 85 F150 that I liked. I'm debating on buying it, I'll make another post in the correct subforum though.
I usually go by some name from madmax, just because that movie opened me up to a lot of Australian muscle that we never get over here. Ford and Chevrolet build some nice rides with massive power. My real name is alex.
