Default New guy here

Hello my fellow ford owners I have a 2011 3.5l ecoboost and I have been getting a shudder and here lately it has been getting worse normally it would only happen after driving roughly 2 or 3 hours but now it is happening more so than none and it has started doing it between 30 and 40 and it feels like complete power loss. I have been doing research and I see a lot of people drilling 1/16 weep holes in the intercooler and they say it fixes the problem. My truck is now at 112000 miles and she is starting to run rough.

Have you pulled any of the intercooler piping off to look at the oil buildup when you have this issue? Is it only on long highway drives when the motor is hot?

it does it after I let it warm up in the mornings on my drive into work and on long trips I checked the intercooler and it has a good deal of build up I took my shop vac (that was brand new) and sucked out what I could and hosed it out and let it dry over night my truck was garage parked and I put rags in the pipes to prevent moisture. It got better for a week and started back up
