Oh i was on my way to home depot, glad u responded. lol

Whats the matter with poeple in the oil and gas buis. my mom and buis partner are into it. Along with one of their friends who has more money than he knows what to do with, litterally. 4 or 5 homes, millions in cars, private jets, its insane.

There is nothing wrong with being in the oil and gas industry I was just saying there are alot of people around here with money.

I know what you mean, just having a lot of my family in texas and some of them in oil and gas i just wanted to here what you had to say.

Yeah no problem Alberta is very oil rich province last summer we were the most booming place in North America but it has slowed down a bit now which is nice, things were just getting to crazy.

I know what you mean, Fort worth in the past year or so has found a huge oil field and everyone wants their piece of it. LOL

Yeah same thing around here man property values have went throught the roof. Last feb I bought a town house for $165,000 it is just in the final stages of being built I havent even moved in yet and it is worth between $240-260,000 its unreal but hey I got no problem with making a 100g profit.

I'm thinking that lift kit could be in the near future. LOL

The rural outskirts are the only area's that have seen the benefits b/c of the leasing and mineral rights are through the roof.
