Default new guy..

I'v had my '07 150 5.4L XLT extended cab, for about 4 years now. Great truck.. I was talked out of a F250, which brings me to my question. aside of all the math and weigh scales.. I'm now tasked with hauling a 3k lb dump trailer w/ 3 1200lb round bales of silage. I haven't pulled the trigger on hauling this yet, my concerns are A) is this an overload? (I'm not hauling far, 20 miles'ish on back roads). B) I am looking at installing Timbren suspension bumpers to reduce sag and help with fish tailing. C) My transmission just started an odd vibration when traveling around 30 and OD kicks in when I increase speed. I am in a position to purchase new F250 if I need to, but I really like my truck... Thoughts??
