im not really sure what it will void, but it will only void what it affects. If you put it on and you need to have the suspension worked on then the suspension should be under warranty still. They could say that the warranty covering the engine is no longer valid because of the exhaust but they still have to cover anything that wouldnt be affected by it.
If you really wanna put it on you could always just do it and keep the old parts, then if you have any problems just put the old exhaust back on before you take it in

im pretty sure it will only void the warrenty on the exhoust.. i drove my truck srtaight from the dealer to the exhoust shop... and then its been back to the dealer about 20 times for ALLLLL kinds of work

simple answer: no it won't
complex answer: I have an 07, as long as you do not mess with anything before the stock muffler (like true duals) you will be fine. I took my truck to a guy that does all of the aftermarket exhausts for ford when an owner wants it done for them. I asked him and ford and they both gave me the same answer. So cat back you are fine, true duals you are not.
