So I have 1991 ford f150 4.9 with EFI with 107k. I got it from my friend for $800. So far this thing has been a fix on road daily truck. I got it for my daughter to go to school but she is done with it. I think she is done with ford.

I just sold my chevy s10. It had a cracked head and 168k on it. It was a good truck. I hope I can get everything fixed on this truck without going broke. The body is in great condition so if I can get all of the issues fixed it will be worth it.

I hope so. How long do these od transmissions last? I have a friend that had a ford van and the transmission lasted 265K, the engine never had one breakdown.
