New FX4 guy
Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say hi and post some pics of the new FX4. I have been lurking on the forum since I bought it in late October, but this is the first post.
Prior to owning the new FX4, I had a mostly-stock white 2002 Lariat Screw that I bought used in 2005 with 60K miles (this was my first time as a truck owner and Ford owner). I loved that truck, but it was time for an upgrade and a different color. Can't say enough good things about the new truck!
I spent a TON of time reading the "Show off your FX4" thread and appreciate all the info the members provide.
There are several mods I want to do eventually, but the first will be a 2" AS level to be installed late next week. Would really like to replace the tires at the same time, but am still deciding on the brand and size (BFGs vs. Nitto)

Nice Truck!!! Welcome to the FX Club. I like that black step bar. It adds to the "no chrome" look of the FX's.
A friend of mine bought an FX4 with a factory installed chrome step bar. It looks terrible. It's the only piece of chrome on the whole truck.

I've been reading the forum for weeks getting ideas; its been very helpful.
Scottsred11: Can't believe how good a red FX4 looks with that tire/wheel combo minus the step bars.
Number 1 Truck: Although I do like the black/grey step bars that came stock, I wish they had something like the Raptor steps (big money, tho). Also looking into n-fabs. Very tempted to remove completely since I had none on my old truck. Getting out of the FX4 over the step bars is weird for me.
