New to the forum
Hello, my name is Chris from Boardman, Ohio. I am new to the forum, since my previous trucks were either GM, or most recently a 2009 F250 super duty. I traded the 250 and downsized to a 150. I am the owner of a towing & recovery business, so the truck will get a mix of business and personal use.
The truck is a 2010 F150 Lariat crew, 5.5 bed, chrome pkg, 20" chrome wheels, Navi, sunroof, heat/cool bucket seats, tailgate step, and 3.55 lim slip axle. Dark Blue Pearl with black leather interior. So far, so good. I love the truck. Its so nice not having to deal with driving a monster (F250 super duty crew 6.5 box). I got use to the 8 mpg from the 6.4 diesel, so the F150 seems wonderful by comparison.
I had ordered a 2011 with the new 5.0 engine, but got tired of waiting for it and had the dealer locate me this 2010 model that is identical to what I had ordered. I got this truck last month. (The '11 was due to be built in late December, with unknown ETA to the dealer since there was a mandatory hold on the first units built)
So far I've only taken one photo before the weather got bad. Here it is.
