New to Forum
I have a 2017 F-150 King Ranch. First Ford product. Have always had GMC Suburbans. Sold my 1995 last Spring, only had 147K on it. Got the F-150 June 1, 2017. So far I like it. I have the V-6 dual turbo engine with the 10 speed trans. I read a lot about this engine. Was a bit hesitant to purchase. If I knew the 2018 offered the V-8 with the 10 speed I might have waited. I know a few folks with the same engine and they have not had any issues. I do not drive this truck in the winter months, the snow and salt. Hope to have this one for 20 years or more.
Great riding truck. Tows well...I pull a TJ Jeep on trailer. MPG I get 20-23 on the expressway not towing. Only drive 65 MPH. Towing has been around 14 MPG.
I added a shot of my 1995 suburban that I sold when I bought the F-150. It was 22 years old and in great shape.
