New to the forum...
Greetings everyone! I just registered on the site here yesterday. A brief "backgrounder" on myself. I am a retired Army National Guardsman. I was a mechanic in the Guard and worked on 'Hummvee' and 5 ton cargo vehicles.
I am presently employed with a defense contractor here in Virgina. I work as a logistics analyst - helping the U.S. Navy maintain important records related to the configuration of equipment on board our Navy's ships...very interesting work to be involved in!
I simply enjoy the challenge of fixing stuff! That of course involves learning how it should work...and I enjoy learning how stuff works.
I look forward to learning more about my 1996 F150 (164K miles on it).
One of my very first questions for anyone out there...where can I obtain a copy of factory/dealer manuals which will give me COMPLETE maintenance and repair procedures as well as parts listings???
