got me a 94 f150 short bed great engine ,,, crappy tranny ,, hope i can get some help with that one ,,,,,, iam in claysville ohio any how hi all

Welcome.. If its an auto tranny its either an AOD or an E4od If its an AOD yes stock they are crap, but can be built into good strong trannys by a good transmission shop. The E4Od is a good strong transmission from the factory. Heat is the enemy of transmissions. After yours is rebuilt put a big trans cooler on it and use a good synthetic fluid.

i want to put a 5 speed in my ford 4x4 its the short bed one are ther any places were some have it documented as to how its done ill keep looking and reading here too thnks all for inviting me here ,,,
