Hello all, a couple days ago I purchased my first Ford.

Stepping up from a 2001 Chevy Silverado, I'm the excited new owner of a 2015 F150 XLT.

Having grown up a "chevy guy", I found about a year ago, that not only had my tastes changed (I really dislike chevy's looks the last few iterations), but the F150 Supercrew fit our family of 3 children better than a chevy. I (we) fell in love with the spacious cab as well as the overall look of the latest models of F150's.

I eyeballed and nearly pulled the trigger on a few different 2013 model F150' in the last 6 months, but something just seemed amiss with each one. Because my silverado had become a rust bucket, a big part of me really was intrigued with the aluminum body. I decided I had to step up to at least the 2015 models. I'm very happy with my decision.
