Default New to Ford

Hey guys. So I'm new to the Ford world, besides all the bantering I've learned over the years of being a Chevy guy, and I'm looking for some help. I'm currently working on purchasing my first F150. It's a 2012 4x4 with a 5.0. Aesthetically the truck is pretty immaculate, it seems to sound and run just fine, there are no leaks around any seals I could see, no hanging wires, check engine lights etc. My major problem with the truck is its got 102,000 miles on it and it's 4 years old. Now growing up I've always went by the way of staying away from gas motors with 100,000 miles or more. I don't know too much about the F150s and would like some insight on longevity, durability, etc from some guys with a similar truck. And if not this truck then what should i look for in an F150? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
