New from Florida
Hello everyone! Name is Larry, I’m a retired teacher/coach in Central Florida. I’ve spent the better part of the last 2.5 years trying to get acquainted with the complexities ( for me at least) of my F350 diesel. I love the truck and how it rides but since we have decided not to go the RV route after all, there really is no need for the diesel. So I’m trying to finish paying it off by August/September, and sell or trade for an F150. ( is it a F150 or an F150?). The F150 should take care of most of my future needs more economically and I expect to be doing a lot of driving to DC to visit half my grandkids.
I have a myriad of questions. I hope not too many that I become a PIA. The SD forum really helped me immensely learning a lot about my F350.
Any no no’s I should be aware in posting. I am not a good fix it guy nor very knowledgeable regarding trucks and engines, so I tend to ask a lot of elementary questions which I’m sure will have some shaking their heads.
But I have a lot to learn. I plan on ordering my F150, probably a Platinum trim but w/o the moonroofs which is hard to find at a dealership, hence the special order. So that’s where it begins. Thanks and look forward to chatting.
