I have had several F150's since the late 70's, still have a 91 5.0 2wd beater, and bought a new 16 ecoboost standard cab, short bed. I was skeptical when I first heard about Ford putting such a small motor in a full size truck. The local dealer found what I wanted (I wanted it for light towing and having a little fun with at the local track). So far I have been very impressed, this thing is a beast ! Two weeks ago I got my best ET so far at the track by putting a couple of weight plates in the bed (2wd) to try and get some traction, still not hooking up so well but I managed a 13.99 @ 97.79 so I have been very pleased. Mods I would like to do are some sticky tires, a tune and a light shot of nitrous. Im hoping for 12's but I think 13.20's are more realistic. I will keep y'all posted !
