Default New from CO

Hello all. I finally decided to replace my 99' F-250 after 14 years and 140000 miles of dependable service. Before the 99' I previously owned a 97 F-150, 76' F100 and 68 F-150. All served me well

My truck needs have changed slightly since I purchased my 250... I no longer carry a slide in camper I have moved up to an Airstream. The 150 just makes more sense when you don't need 2000+ lbs. of payload.

I have a 13' F-150 XLT Supercab w/8' bed arriving this week. I had a very hard time finding a 150 supercab w/8' bed The dealer had to go 300 miles to find one. I think the Crew Cab and Short Beds are great options. But when did an 8' bed on a pickup truck become a special order option

Welcome from SoCal. yea your new truck with a Super Cab and the 8' bed is rare. The chassis is a long sucker and they don't build too many. That truck will be almost 22' long bumper to bumper.

Yes, it's a long one but it is actually an inch or two shorter then my 250 with the same configuration is now... Parking is a pain but I have a car for daily driving.
