New chick on the block:-)
Hello all! I'm new to the community. Just wanted to say hello. I have an old f150 that needs a bunch of love. It has about 240k miles and I'm trying to get another 240k outta her. Any advice is always welcome. Right now she's not wanting to go into gear:-(

Sounds like its a manual trans. If so then likely the throwout bearing or the hyd clutch is bad as Im not sure which they came with (if so then you should be able to put the trans in gear with engine off & then start the engine).
(Also make sure the fluid it full)
If its not a manual trans then its more serious & very likely needs to be rebuilt. (check the fluid level & check to see if its burnt smelling or not red any longer).
