I am 25 y/o from Central Wisconsin and I am not only a new member but a new vehicle/truck owner. My first vehicle purchase was a 2006 F-150 Supercrew with the 5.4L. It is mostly stock but I love it. I am not non-familiar with Fords however, have always been in love with them, an uncle of mine works for a Ford dealer and my dad has a big black Excursion he likes to roll around in.

Found the site researching an issue I am having and with the help of the forums I am hoping to quickly resolve the issue.

I have some shuddering at about 55mpg with shifting into OD. Had the tranny hooked to the machine and had a total fluid exchange, hoping that will work but if not looking into plugs. since it is only an issue with OD I will likely just get wretched fuel economy and turn it off. I plan on towing a camper a lot so it would be switched off anyways.

It was followed quickly with my second purchase to counter the $$ . . . a Honda Spree Moped.
