Default Need help

I have a 2012 Ford f150 3.5L ecoboost with 170,000 miles. All it has done is an intake and tune, it also sits on 22x14 rims not sure about the tires. The problem is when I put my truck in drive and start to creep it feels like my back wheels are tugging or something like that and I’m no mechanic so I thought I’d come on here and see if anyone could help me out

how often do you use the parking brake? The little actuator levers love to freeze up if it is only used occasionally
