Default Need Advice Please !!!!

Hello everyone. Thank you for assisting me in my decision here. I know this is a Ford forum site and I completely respect that however please offer your advice in an unbiased manner because I want to truly make the best decision here. Ok here I go. I have owned 3 Toyotas ('92 3.0 V6 truck/ '00 Tundra 4x4 V8/ '05 Camry- all but the Tundra eclipsed 100K easily with no problems ever). I have never owned an F150 (any Ford for that fact) or Nissans. I keep my vehicles (well try too) until they are about to not go any more therefore I am not one who trades in every 2-3 years as many do.
We are looking to buy a boat (20-22 ft pontoon) so I am in need of a truck (any truck of choice will be 4x4). I have test driven the newer ('12- '16) Tundra, Tacoma V6, F150 with V6 Ecoboost and V8s, Nissan Titan V8 and Frontier V6. All of these meet my towing requirements (worst case scenario boat/trailer/ full tank of gas/4-5 people/camping gear/etc... 4500-4600lbs total) I will be towing the boat every weekend as long as the weather permits during the warm season (approx 5 months here in Tennessee) typically 40-45 min from my house to 2 different lakes with an occasional venture to a lake that may be 2-3 hours away so no hauling to Texas or California and back. Yes I do take care of my vehicles etc... So my questions are: which truck would you recommend? Will the F150 give me the longevity (like 200K+) that Toyota easily will ? What of the Nissan trucks? If the Ford will do this what model do you recommend? (Keep in mind this will be my primary daily vehicle as well and I wish to not spend $40K-$50K but more so around $30K which I have found all vehicles mentioned in that price range.... Thank you all for your advice

I have an 03 which has 300,000 plus miles on it and I have had to rebuild the head once but other than that its been smooth sailing.
