Hello, so my name is Joseph Kujan, im 17 years old, im fairly new to these forums. I recently got a 1987 Ford F-150 4x4 with 4.9L I6 300 & T18 4 speed manual. I bought it for the purpose of a daily driver, to haul a car/trailer, and to make dump runs. It had 180,238 miles when i picked it up, not for sure (since previous owner didnt know either) but i believe im the 4/5 owner, it was passed around a fire-station before i got it. Ive had it for almost a month now, the first week i had it the water pump went out, replaced it, well when putting on the thermostat housing i tightened it to much and cracked it, so i got the new housing/gasket and a new thermostat (195 degrees). I then changed plugs, wires, air filter, wipers and changed the oil i used Rotella t4 oil with a K&N filter.
