My Intro
Hello guys and gals, names Kerby, from Kansas.
My automotive story is this, my dad tried to raise me a ford man. I ended up in a 86 dodge d50 made by mitsubishi and went into owning a lot of mitsus, most of em in pieces.
But I've got a ford now, 05 fx4 screw with the luxury package. Nice truck, horrible story behind how I got it though. One of my absolute best friends bought an 08polaris outlaw quad last spring, I ended up buying a 02 banshee soon after. Then he bought the truck about the first of the year.
Loaded the quad up in the truck mid February, went to his girlfriends parents place to ride. Wrecked not wearing his helmet, lifesupport blah blah, week later he died. Girlfriend couldn't afford to keep it, and she wanted to...... so I decided to buy it.
Since then I've decided to make it quickish and have a pretty killer sound system, but plan on rarely driving it...... my friend meant a lot to me, I've always been a go > show guy but.... he really liked clean/straight paint so now I've gotta make it go and look sweet. Wish I was here for a more positive reason.

Oh ya, trucks been lifted/exhausted by the previous owner.... no one knows the specs tho. It sits on 315/70/17 kumhos and has 2 chrome tips 45'd out the corner need to look underneath it sometime.
I've thrown a k&n fipk on it and a superchip cortex programmer on it...... not sure if they were the best possible for it but el well.
Underdrive pullies and efans are next up on the list, debating headers, and debating forced induction of some sort after I pay the ol girl off.
