My Intro
Hey there new to the site but not online forums. I just bought an 05 lariat with a 130,000km I also have a 2002 WRX with 330whp. Car was getting pretty beat up as a daily so I bought the truck.
So far all I have done to the truck is install an alpine iva-w200 double din with a pac swi-jack to be able to still use the steering wheel controls, MBRP front end leveling kit and I order an Extang soft tonneau cover. Looking to do the FX2 front end and pick up a set of oem 20's with some type of aggressive tire.
Anyways on to a few questions I have. First, I have a sharp whine coming from under the hood while under acceleration i did a search and found a few probable causes so Im gonna look into them. Second, while its idling at 1000 rpm it has a bad vibration coming from what seems like behind the tach or maybe somewhere behind the cluster. I did a search and came up with nothing. Anyone else come across this before? If so Id appreciate any input.
