My first post
Greetings,
I am very proud to say that this is my first post on this forum. I am 68 years old, married to my wonderful wife Monty. We have three sons and twelve grandchildren. I am a retired sales manager at our local Ford dealership. I have very fond memories of ordering trucks and cars over the years, but the model that sticks in my memory with the greatest of admiration is the 1996 Eddie Bauer F150. With that said, I have been looking for a nice one over the past several years. Well, I found one and that is what prompted me to join this forum. I am attaching a few photos of that truck. I will make further comments in the "how to section" section, as I am sure several of you have already noticed a slight "out of norm" for my truck. Thanks for allowing me to be a member of your family,
Mike

Many thanks for the kind replies. I bought this truck in San Antonio from an individual only two weeks ago. He purchased it from the original owner who was from Arizona. it had only 47,000 miles on it at the time. It now has 140,000 or so. I drove it back from San Antonio to my home in Louisiana. No problem during the trip. I noticed a dual fuel tank selector switch on the dash. When I stopped for my next fuel stop I noticed that there was only one fuel door. After further examining, it became apparent that the bed had been changed. I do like the stepside bed, but I would like have the second tank. The filler neck is still under the truck. Any suggestion as how I might install a front fuel door?
Thanks,
Mike
Thanks,
