Default lurch

My 1995 xlt 4wd AT sometimes lurches to the right when cornering to the left. The 4wd is off and front hubs free. The steering then pulls hard to the right until I corner to the right, then it straightens out. The ball joints, steering box, and wheel bearings checked out OK. I thought the lsd clutch might be malfunctioning so I put a new clutch and friction modifier in. This took care of some rear axle chatter, but the lurching occasionally continues. Any ideas on what to check next?
