Lowering F150

Just introducing myself to the group, I have a 2012 F150 XLT that I purchased new and now I have decided to hotrod it, first project in lowering it, any suggestion on
how much and good quality parts

There are a few people on here that have lowered their trucks. There's a couple "lowered" threads as well. Lot of information and reviews.
