Default Lookin at a Supercrew

Hello all!
I am looking at picking up a 2012 F150 SCrew through Military Car Sales (if you arent familiar, they pretty much take the 2011 pricing, tack on $1K for estimated price increase, and lock you in at that price. If the actual cost is less, they refund the $$; if the rebates go up, you keep getting the better deal. Tax/Title is not included in price. Vehicle is ordered factory direct, built to order). I'll pick 'er up in Aug 2012 when I head back stateside.

Here is the offer (MCS is a no-haggle program, its take-it or leave-it):
SCrew 2WD Styleside XLT: Base Pricce 30,674
Extended Warranty (7 years/70K, includes AC/High Tech)(optional): 1205
Ziebart Protection/Sound deafening(optional): 469
Trailer Towing Package: 329
XLT Convenience Package: 835
US Domestic inland freight charge: 975
Deliver Point Processing: 250
Package discount: -660
Total (before TTL/rebates): 35,169

Rebates will be figured in when Ford releases the 2012 rebates. I will probably also add the XLT custom package, but I didnt get their quote yet (online it's 845).

So...
Am I getting a good deal? Or should I just hit up a stateside dealer next August when I get back?

Appreciate any advise...

Greg
