Default Leveling Kits

Hi all ! I'm from Calgary, Alberta Canada and new to this forum. I just bought a 2006 SuperCrew FX4 and want to level it, of course (pics coming soon). My only concern is how it effects the visibilty of the truck's front end? (this is more of a concern for my shorter wife who occassionally gets to drive it). Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Merry ho ho

Welcome...

What do you mean the visibility of your frontend? It will level it with the back.. You can get nerf bars if your concerned it will be to high for your wife to get in.

Default Hey AZFX4

Thanks for the reply!
What I mean by front end visibility is that with the current front down rake you can see (from the driver's seat) down to the end of the hood furher and guesstimate where the front bumper and corners are easily for parking, etc...
A friend told me he had alot better rearward visibility past the tailgate out the rearview mirror with his truck leveled. I am curious how leveling changes the forward visibility? (probably more road visibilty from sitting a bit higher, but I'm more concerned with closer proximity field of view) for parking and maneuvering in tight places (ie. does it make it more difficult to guess how close you're parked to another vehicle with your front bumper?) it would also give you a larger "blind spot" when cresting the top of a hill and going down the other side right?
I hope this helps to clarify the question!

yea it lifts the front end up so you can really see the end of the hood. but its just like buying a new car, just need to learn where you are at, at all times. you will get used to it.
