i am glad to be a new member..having trouble with my 5.4 triton motor

 

Welcome to tge forum post some pics! Whats going on with it??

 

it started with a tapping under the hook...then it blew out my catalitic converters ...then i had 6 oout of 8 coil packs replaced..all this by ford dealer...then last week while i was on the highway the engine blew up...now they say i need a new motor ...5000 dollars...2000 for labor because they have to remove the cab to get to the motor.

 

Can you answer a few questions please?
Year? Do you have any Mods? What's your driving style? Maintenence?
