Default Introduction

HVACGUY7 - recently purchased my 2nd Ford ever. Was a Dodge driver. Now driving a 2014 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4. Seeking some answers to a issue i am now having. Have the 4.3" screen. And have popping and crackling in the speakers. Even when the volume turned to 0 and power button on bezel is pushed to off. What can cause this? From what i have looked into. Everything is pointing back to the ACM. Just wanting to confirm before spending $$ on fixing it.

Welcome to the forum. Post some pics of your truck for us. You might need to cook bake that ACM reflow some solder. Google the procedure.

Here I found this for you.

May be a great time to go aftermarket also. Crutchfield.com can help with that.
