introduction
Hi.
My husband (a Chevy man) recently bought me a 1979 F100. Plan was we would work on it together so I could learn to do it myself. Drove a 1997 Ranger for over 500,000, and trusted my mechanic to keep it going. Always went down when I couldn't get it into the shop. Husband's not really good at mechanics, but you-tube is great and I made him be the muscle. But now we're arguing about what is wrong; it's still going to the mechanic but my husband thinks he knows better, but won't get out there. So here I am, trying to get answers myself. Grew up Ford and won't willingly own anything else. Bought my daughter her own F150 and she feels the same.
Thanks for being here!
