Default Introduction

Hello all
I have just found and joined this forum today.
I have owned an 1998 F150 XLT 4x4 since 2000, 13 years this spring.
It has 209,000 km on it. Great truck, served me well.

Last week on Wednesday the 10th, I got T Boned in an intersection in Ottawa, I was on a green light, the other person ran a red. Insurance told me today the truck is a write off. I should start bending over now as I know I am going to get screwed.

I might end up getting about 5000 from the insurance, I hope.

So I was poking around the www and found this forum, and am researching for a new, used truck. None other than Ford for me.

Any thoughts on the diesel?
Ernie

Welcome. Sorry about your previous truck. At least it protected you. Best of luck finding a new one. Let us know what you get.
