Introduction
Well here we go.I am 56 year old man living in central Texas.Bought my 2007 F150 from a dealer with 42K on the odometer.I do all my own maintenance within reason.This truck was a fleet use and is bare to the bone as far as options.The ride is overwhelming com paired to my 94 Ranger 4X4 that I traded in.The only beef that I have is with my dealer.He told me if I did not use the Ford brand oil filter that this would void my warranty.Well I just changed the oil and filter and the filter was an economey boost of something like that. I looked it up and it was made in China.I cant wait to show the old filter to him.On the topic I use Wix filters and Valvoline conventional oil.My 94 Ranger used this brew and never used a drop of oil in all the 179k miles.Happy Thanksgiving Ken.
