Default Howdy from Texas

This is the 6th Ford F150 I've owned...........and zero problems. The most recent was a 2013 F150 Lariat (2x4, 5.0L) that accumulated 225,000 miles and had zero issues...........absolutely amazing trustworthy truck and I was actually sad to trade it in. But, with that mileage, I was getting into some times for potential issues and I knew it was just time. Purchased a used 2018 F150 Lariat 4x4, 5.0L with 40K miles and I am amazed at the technological advancements that have been accomplished since my 2013 was built..............I feel like I'm driving the Space Shuttle at times.
Anyway, I've been a browser for the last 3 years following repair issues and since I didn't get a manual with this current truck, I figure I might as well join officially and start asking questions.

My job requires about 35K+ miles per year so I was trying to get the 2018 because of the 10 speed transmission. We live on some acreage and my previous Lariat has gotten stuck in our pasture (even with the locking diff option), so the 4x4 was necessary to manage the pasture and moving our small amount of cows around. So, the 4x4 is new to me and will take some getting used to..........not the same as being a teenager, getting out and locking the wheels, shifting into 4L, and then cruising. I'm surprised these trucks don't come with a butler to wipe your @$$.

I'd attach a picture, but it's just a basic 2018 Magna Red Super Crew. It's got Goodyear Wranglers with not great tread and I'll be swapping them out for BF's T/As..........I put 80K miles on a pair on my last truck, and probably had another 10K to go before ditching them.............I didn't care for the road noise after about hitting mileage 50K, but that's just due to being lazy on rotating them (I like to call It being too busy). Not planning on lifts or massive tires (I'm too old for that $#!t),, but would like to find out the differences in the newer transmission, the newer options for regular, Eco, and Sport, the gigantic size of this fuel tank (my previous was 24 or 26 gallons I believe), and any other things I can learn.
