Just bought a 2013 F-150 but it's not my first Ford, was a Ford tech from 93-2004 at a little Alabama dealer.
I'm on the other side of the service counter now and really enjoying all the tech advances incorporated into this truck.
I put a pic (not a great one) in my garage here, I'll update it later and looking forward to any help I can get or give.

I've been away from the dealer since 2004 but I'll try to answer what I can, I just happen to have a set of dvd's that I used when I worked at the dealer. Emission, electrical including wiring diagrams, shop repair manuals etc.... so if anyone needs anything like that I can send those along, my disk set covers everything Ford made between 1996-2004 including heavy trucks, Lincoln and Mercury.
